Lambros completed his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting in 1992 from LaTrobe University. He has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Taxation Law at Monash University. Lambros is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, and an Incorporated Financial Accountant.

After joining Accounting Associates as a Senior Tax Consultant in 2009, Lambros became a Partner in 2013.

Lambros specialises in tax and business consulting, encompassing a diverse range of industries. He has specific experience in the manufacturing sector, transport, fitness industry, and daycare. He possesses strong commercial and business acumen, consistently delivering excellence.

Lambros is a passionate supporter of the Liverpool Football Club, and plays soccer himself weekly. Lambros is happily married, enjoys spending time with his two young sons, and is involved in the opal industry.
